Paid Time Off (PTO)
Vista provides a generous PTO benefit providing eligible employees with paid time off that may be used if an employee is sick, for personal reasons, holidays and vacations.
Health Insurance
Employees who work 30 or more hours per week and have completed 60 days of employment are eligible to participate in Vista’s health insurance plan. Vista offers eligible employees and their eligible dependents, two plan options to choose from. Vista pays a portion of the employee and dependents premiums for health insurance.
Dental Insurance
Employees who work 30 or more hours per week and have completed 60 days of employment are eligible (along with their eligible dependents) to participate in a 100% voluntary dental insurance plan.
Vision Insurance
Employees who work 30 or more hours per week and have completed 60 days of employment are eligible (along with their eligible dependents) to participate in a 100% voluntary vision insurance plan.
Retirement Plan
Vista Life Innovations partners with TIAA to offer you retirement plan options. Employees are able to participate with Vista’s 403 (b) retirement plan which allows employees to save money on a pre-tax and/or after tax basis for their retirement through payroll deductions. Vista not only contributes 1% of the employee’s eligible compensation but also matches the employee’s contributions within certain percentages.
Basic Life Insurance
Employees who work 30 or more hours per week and have completed 60 days of employment are provided a $20,000 Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit. Vista pays for the full cost of this benefit.
Employees Assistance Program
Vista offers all employees and their family members the ability to access our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This service is offered to employees and family members at no cost and provides access to a statewide and national network of professional EAP counselors.
Medicare Concierge Program
Vista offers a free consultative program provided to all employees and retirees aged 60 and above.
Voluntary Benefits
Vista also offers additional voluntary benefits. Employees pay 100% of the premium for coverage through payroll deduction. Voluntary benefits available:
