Vista's Benefits & Advocacy Services welcomes Stuart Hawkins, a financial adviser from Futures Planned with 14 years of experience specializing in Special Needs Planning (SNP) for this educational workshop.

As a parent of a young adult with special challenges, Mr. Hawkins is uniquely qualified to discuss Special Needs Planning. His experiences enable him to offer in-depth knowledge and compassion to his SNP clients. He has presented his workshop to over 70 organizations throughout the state of CT. In his spare time, he is the Board Chair of PLAN of CT, a non-profit that acts as a trustee for Special Needs Trusts. He volunteers as a Special Olympics coach, and actively raises funds for pediatric brain tumor research.
