Guiding Neurodiverse Students in Post-Secondary Transition Planning Subscribe to Alerts
Virtual Event

It's the time of year when individuals with disabilities, their parents, advocates, and their educational support team are planning for the year ahead and setting their goals for their future. This process typically includes the creation of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) to set and track goals across a year. For individuals who are 16 and older, this is also often a time when they begin to plan for their transition into adulthood while exploring post-secondary learning opportunities.

This one-hour webinar provides an overview of the process while also offering information and resources to attendees. This event will be co-hosted by Vista Admissions Managers Steph Foulkes and Suzanne Gregory, and Amy Brown, a Transitions Consultant from South East Consortium for Special Services, Inc.
