This Vista Benefits & Advocacy webinar will cover The Spectrum of Decision-Making.
Understanding the nuances of decision-making tools available to adults with disabilities can be a difficult experience for those involved. Our second Benefits & Advocacy webinar in this series will focus on the tools and resources that guide decision-making for adults with disabilities.
During this webinar, we will discuss the differences between the least restrictive and most restrictive decision-making tools such as power of attorney and conservatorship. We will also discuss how it is often possible for those with disabilities to maintain independence and make decisions over the resources that support them.
This webinar will be a collaboration between Vista's Admissions Manager Steph Foulkes, Vista's Benefits & Advocacy Program Manager Allison McPherson and our guest speaker, Special Needs Attorney Kathleen Hayes.
All webinar attendees will receive Vista's Benefits & Advocacy Overview and Kathleen Hayes' Special Needs Attorney Overview to help families better understand the professional resources available to them.
