Spinning is a great cardiovascular and strength training workout. Club Members will be able to try different rides utilizing their leg muscles to achieve fast flat roads, standing/seated climbs, and jump to the beat of music on a stationary bike. You use the resistance knob on a spin bike to simulate outdoor bike riding. The results are significant fitness improvements and increased performance. The Instructor, Regina Citrin, has been a certified Maddogg Spin Instructor for over 10 years.
