Spinning is a great cardiovascular and strength training workout. Club members will be able to try different rides utilizing their leg muscles to achieve fast flat roads, standing/ seated climbs, and jump to the beat of music on a stationary bike. The instructor, Regina Citrin, has been a certified Maddogg Spin Instructor for over 1 0 years.
