Several years ago, Vista created a set of nine Core Values that describe what is important to us as we work to impact the lives of individuals with disabilities and the broader community. For 2022, we have chosen to focus our blog series on these Core Values - telling the story of our students and members and our organization through this important and powerful lens.

Understanding what integrity is and how to incorporate it into our daily interactions with each other at work, home and school is essential to building character. During this blog series, we have identified that integrity is deeply important for establishing relationships with others and being a valued member of the community.
Integrity allows us to build a foundation of mutual trust and honesty. It’s been an exciting month to watch our students and members demonstrate integrity, allowing them to cultivate meaningful connections in their lives.
As we head into May, our attention will move to the next featured Core Value: Personal Development.
