Thrive Program: Empowering Growth and Independence

The Thrive Program is designed for Vista members aged 45 and older who are seeking meaningful engagement, connection, and a supportive routine. Through a structured, curriculum-based approach, Thrive offers a four-hour program day that focuses on socialization, peer relationships, and community involvement.

With a 1:4 staff-to-member ratio and transportation provided between the member’s home and the program, Thrive offers a supportive environment that emphasizes quality of life over traditional instruction. Program activities are planned with member input and include:

  • Staff-supported fitness and recreational activities

  • Group instruction

  • Community engagement and volunteer work

  • Social support and shared lunch

Eligible members may attend part-time or full-time (up to 20 hours per week), with programming tailored to meet the evolving needs and interests of participants.

Key components of the Thrive Program include:

Meet Vista's Engage member, Jennifer!

Thriving Together
A community that encourages growth, independence, and lasting relationships.

Being part of Vista’s Thrive Program has truly enriched my life. Every day, I look forward to engaging in activities that not only challenge me but also bring joy and a sense of accomplishment. The supportive community and structured environment have helped me build confidence and develop skills that I use both within the program and in my daily life. It's empowering to be in a place where growth and independence are nurtured.
