Engage Program: Growing and Thriving Together
Vista Life Innovations' (Vista's) long-term support program—the Engage Program—provides personalized, community-based assistance and ongoing support tailored to the needs of Vista graduates as they transition to independent living.
Members of the Engage Program reside in their own homes within the communities we serve, with access to Vista professionals who provide support in work, household management, and building social relationships.
This program offers flexible support, ensuring each member can thrive in their personal journey. Available services include life skills coaching, employment assistance, benefits and advocacy support, recreation memberships, transportation services, and access to enriching day programs.
