Vista Life Innovations' (Vista's) village model is at the heart of the Engage Program, creating team-based environments designed to foster deeper relationships, enhance communication, and improve the delivery of personalized services.
Each Village—Lighthouse, Anchor, and Starfish—represents a geographically defined area where members are supported by a dedicated team of staff. These teams provide tailored guidance and services to all households within their Village, ensuring a close-knit, community-focused approach.
Throughout the year, Villages engage in team-building activities, strengthening connections among members and staff while cultivating a sense of belonging and collaboration.
