Working closely with each individual, Vista’s Job Coaches provide personalized, hands-on training designed to build job skills, foster workplace confidence, and nurture professional growth.

Vista’s Job Coaches deliver consistent, high-quality training tailored to each student’s or member’s personal goals and program requirements. They work alongside individuals at their worksites or internship locations—promoting independence and modeling the workplace and social skills needed to succeed.
By focusing on person-centered strategies, Job Coaches help individuals:
